Wedding Receptions

Your wedding reception will be planned perfectly using my personalized, custom online
planning system. Many traditional receptions take place as follows:

Cocktail Hour
- I'll play a soothing mix of cocktail music of your choice. Modern, Jazzy, Classical -
whatever you wish! If your cocktail hour is outside or in a different room, an additional sound system
is an available option.

Bridal Party Introductions - Formally and professionally introduce the bridal party into the
reception -  You and I will pick the bridal party introduction song to fit perfectly with the mood and
setting.

Toasts and Announcements - The wireless microphone is available for anyone to speak!

Dinner Hour - Your choice of a personally customized mix of music.

Transition Time - The music played is a little more upbeat, and I begin playing selections that will
cause your guests to tap their feet and feel like dancing!

First Dances - Bride and Groom Dance - It is your special moment on the dance floor followed by
the father/daughter dance, mother/son dance and sometimes a bridal party dance. We can also plan
for the Bride/Groom First Dance to occur just before the dinner, or just after the wedding party
introductions.

Dancing - - Usually starts off with general music for all ages, moving towards current or faster paced
selections as the evening progresses. You can choose your music by songs, era, style, or genre,
customizing it to fit your taste for the enjoyment of your guests. Please remember to include some
slower songs choices too. Customarily, I do not play unknown songs, underground music,
or inappropriate Rap Music. More information is available at My Music.

Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Tosses - Traditional wedding activities that we strategically
fit into the evening's time line.

Other Activities - I can assist and/or coordinate other activities such as the money dance,
honeymoon dance, gift giveaways, centerpiece giveaways, games, etc... We will customize and
choose the appropriate music for each activity.

The above is simply a general outline of some traditional wedding activities. During our
detailed planning meeting(s), we can customize your entire event to be 100% to your liking!

Planning & Coordination of the Reception - Highlights, timelines, music selection assistance,
etc… It is personalized, customized, and uses my online planning system.

Emcee Your Event - I will make announcements and coordinate with your other vendors. I am
professional, articulate, and informative when using the microphone.

Main Sound System - All equipment is well maintained, state of the art, high-end professional gear.
