Include those who couldn't be present …
You might have a good friend or loved one who, that for very legitimate reasons, is not able to attend your celebration. Maybe it's a relative who is unable to travel, or perhaps a best friend who is deployed in the military. Whatever the reason, there are two ways that we may include these important individuals in your celebration.
1. The Live Phone Call
Thanks to modern technology, you can have a conversation with someone located anywhere in the world while your guests enjoy both sides of the conversation … just like David Letterman does on his late night television show! The phone is integrated into my sound system, allowing you to speak to the person on the other end of the line using a wireless microphone, while everything they say is amplified through my sound system as well. 2. Recorded Messages
Another way to include your loved ones who are unable to attend your reception is to use prerecorded messages. This is easily done with the Scott Shaw Productions message line. Simply have your loved one call this toll free number, and leave their message in the voicemail. This message will be edited and produced to maximize the sound quality, and then played at the appropriate time.
